Okay, so I saw this baked Boursin appetizer thing all over TikTok and I just had to try it. I mean, Boursin? Delicious. Baked cheese? Even better. So, here’s how my little experiment went down.

Gathering the Goods
First, I swung by the store to grab the essentials. Here’s what I picked up:
- One wheel of Boursin cheese (I went with the garlic and fine herbs flavor, because, yum.)
- Some cherry tomatoes (I got a pint, figured it was enough.)
- Fresh basil (Because everything’s better with fresh basil, right?)
- Olive oil (Just a drizzle!)
- Crackers or baguette slices(For dipping, duh.)
Putting It All Together
Preheat that oven! Get it nice and toasty to 400°F (200°C).
Then take a small baking dish, put the tomatoes on the dish bottom, and stick that Boursin wheel right in the center of a baking dish. No need to unwrap it or anything, just plop it in there.
Next, I drizzled the cherry tomatoes surrounding the Boursin with a little bit of olive oil. Just enough to coat them, you know?
Into the oven it went! I let it bake for about 20-25 minutes. You want the tomatoes to be all blistered and juicy, and the cheese to be super soft and melty.
The Final Touch (and Taste Test!)
Once it was out of the oven, I let it cool for just a couple of minutes. Then, I grabbed some fresh basil leaves, chopped ’em up, and sprinkled them all over the top.
Time for the best part! I grabbed some crackers, break the baked Boursin cheese and mixed with those roasted tomatoes. Oh. My. Goodness. It was seriously amazing. Warm, creamy, garlicky, with the sweetness of the tomatoes and that fresh basil kick… Seriously, you guys need to try this.

It was a total win. Super easy, super tasty, and perfect for a little get-together or even just a cozy night in. My advice? Go make this right now!
