Okay, so I’ve been seeing these “beverage flights” all over social media, and I finally decided to give it a shot. Basically, it’s like a beer flight, but you can do it with any kind of drink. I thought it would be a fun way to try a bunch of different things without committing to a whole glass of something I might not even like.

Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out what drinks I wanted. I decided to go with a mix of stuff – some iced coffees, a couple of different lemonades, and even a few sparkling waters. Variety is the spice of life, right?
Gathering Supplies
Next up, I grabbed a bunch of small glasses. I didn’t have a fancy flight board, so I just used a regular cutting board. It worked just fine! Then, I started pulling out all the drinks from the fridge. It was a bit of a Tetris game getting everything to fit, but I managed.
The Pouring Process
This was the fun part! I carefully poured a little bit of each drink into the small glasses. I tried to make them all about the same size, but honestly, I wasn’t too worried about being perfect. It’s all about the taste test, anyway.
The Taste Test
- Iced Coffee #1: This one was a classic cold brew. Strong, but good.
- Iced Coffee #2: Okay, this one was a vanilla latte. Much sweeter, definitely more my style.
- Lemonade #1: Regular lemonade. Tart, refreshing, can’t go wrong.
- Lemonade #2: Pink lemonade! A little sweeter, a little…pinker.
- Sparkling Water #1: Just plain bubbles. Clean, crisp.
- Sparkling Water#2 This one had the lime.
My Thoughts
Honestly, this was way more fun than I expected! It was great to try little sips of everything and compare the flavors. I even discovered that I actually do like plain sparkling water, which I always thought was boring. Who knew?
I definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s super easy, and it’s a great way to spice up a regular afternoon. Plus, it looks pretty cool, which is always a bonus.
