Okay, so I tried making this chicken swiss casserole thing the other day. I saw a bunch of people online talking about it, and it looked pretty good, so I thought, why not give it a shot?
I started by grabbing some chicken breasts. I just took them out of the package and put them in a baking dish. I didn’t do anything fancy, just kind of plopped them in there.
Next, I opened up a can of cream of chicken soup. I poured the whole can over the chicken. It looked a little gloopy, but I figured it would all work out in the end.
Then came the Swiss cheese. I got a block of it and grated it myself because I’m extra like that. I sprinkled a good amount of the cheese over the soup and chicken. You can never have too much cheese, right?
After that, I made some stuffing. I just used the boxed kind, nothing homemade or anything. I followed the instructions on the box, added some water and butter, and mixed it all up. Once it was ready, I spooned it over the cheese layer.
I popped the whole dish into the oven, which I had already preheated to 350 degrees. I baked it for about 30 minutes. I wanted to make sure the chicken was cooked through and the stuffing was nice and crispy.
While it was baking, I cooked some egg noodles on the stove. I boiled some water, added the noodles, and cooked them until they were soft. Once they were done, I drained them and set them aside.
When the casserole was ready, I took it out of the oven. It smelled pretty good, I have to admit. I let it cool for a few minutes, then I served it over the egg noodles.

Steps I Did:
It was actually pretty tasty! The chicken was tender, the cheese was all melty, and the stuffing added a nice crunch. Even my picky kids ate it, so that’s saying something. I’d definitely make it again. It was easy, and everyone liked it. Win-win!
