Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post, following your instructions, about making a cottage cheese wrap:

So, I saw this cottage cheese wrap thing all over the internet, and I was like, “No way, that sounds weird.” But I’m trying to eat, you know, better, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I was totally prepared to hate it, honestly.
First, I grabbed my ingredients. It’s, like, super simple:
- Cottage cheese (duh). I used the full-fat kind because, why not?
- An egg.
- Some Italian seasoning. Because I am into everything italian.
- I also added a little garlic powder, because, again, I put garlic powder on everything.
My Experiment
I dumped about a cup of cottage cheese into my blender. I have one of those small, single-serve blenders, which was perfect. Then, I cracked in the egg. I sprinkled in a good amount of the Italian seasoning and a dash of the garlic powder. I’m not big on measuring, I just kinda eyeballed it.
Next, I blended the heck out of it. Seriously, I let it go for a good minute or two. I wanted it to be super smooth, no little cottage cheese bumps left. It turned into this kinda thick, creamy batter.
Then, I preheated my oven to 350 degrees. I have this flat baking sheet that is non-stick,and I just poured the mixture onto it. I used a spatula to spread it out into a big, thin circle. Like, as thin as I could get it without it being see-through.
I popped it in the oven and set a timer for, I think, 25 minutes. I kept checking on it, though. You want it to be golden brown and not jiggly in the middle.
When it looked done, I carefully took it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. It was surprisingly sturdy! I was able to peel it right off the baking sheet.

Finally, I added my fillings. I went with some turkey, avocado, and a little bit of spinach. I rolled it up, and…it was actually good! Seriously! I was shocked. It didn’t taste like cottage cheese at all. It just tasted like a regular wrap, but, you know, probably healthier.
I’m definitely making this again. It’s easy, it’s pretty healthy, and it’s a good way to use up that giant tub of cottage cheese I always buy and then forget about.
