Okay, so today’s little adventure was all about checking out the menu at Harbor Inn Seafood. I’ve heard some good things, and who doesn’t love a good seafood feast, right?
First thing’s first, I tried to get a feel for what this place was all about. The usual – looked up the name, “Harbor Inn Seafood,” to see what popped up. I wasn’t sure if it was a chain or a local place, so that was the first order of business.
Turns out, they have several locations. I saw mentions of Greenville and Columbia, both in South Carolina. Since I’m closer to Columbia, that’s the menu I focused on. I found a few different websites that seemed to have their menu, along with reviews and ratings and all that jazz.
I started by skimming through these different sources. I wanted to get a general idea of the dishes they offered, the price range, and what other people were saying about the place. Some sites had photos, which was super helpful. Let’s be honest, we all eat with our eyes first!
After getting a basic overview, I picked out a couple of sites that seemed the most reliable and up-to-date. I compared the menus to see if they matched, and for the most part, they did. There might have been a few minor differences, but nothing major.
Now, here’s where I took some notes, just for myself. I made a list of the dishes that caught my eye. You know, the stuff I’d actually order if I went there. I jotted down the prices next to them, just to keep track.

I noticed they had a pretty good variety – from fried seafood platters to grilled fish, even some non-seafood options. The prices seemed pretty reasonable, too. Some places charge an arm and a leg for seafood, but this place didn’t seem too bad.
Finally, I read through some reviews to see what people were saying about the food quality and the service. Most of the reviews were positive, which was a good sign. A few folks mentioned that the portions were generous, which is always a plus in my book.
So, that was my little deep dive into the Harbor Inn Seafood menu. Now I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Maybe I’ll actually go there soon and try it out for myself. If I do, I’ll definitely report back!
