Okay, so yesterday, I decided to check out this place called Crab World Seafood Restaurant. Heard some good things about it and, you know, I’m always up for trying new food spots. Plus, I was craving some seafood, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity.

First, I looked up the place online. Found out it’s located at 411 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach. Nice, not too far from where I was. Also saw that it’s a buffet. Even better! I love buffets because you get to try a bit of everything, you know?
When I got there, the first thing I noticed was the big sign outside. Pretty standard, nothing too fancy, but it got the job done. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly hostess. She showed me to my table and explained how the buffet works. They had all sorts of seafood – crab legs, shrimp, oysters, fish, you name it. They even had prime steaks, which was a nice surprise.
I started with the crab legs. They were huge and cooked just right. I mean, cracking them open and getting that sweet, juicy meat out? That’s the best part! Then, I moved on to the shrimp. They had fried shrimp, boiled shrimp, shrimp scampi – you name it. I tried a bit of everything, of course. The fried shrimp was crispy and golden brown, just how I like it. And the shrimp scampi? Oh man, the sauce was so buttery and garlicky. I could’ve eaten a whole plate of that stuff.
- The oysters were fresh and delicious, too. I’m usually not a huge fan of raw oysters, but these were surprisingly good. They had a nice, clean taste, not too fishy.
- Then, I decided to try the steak. I mean, why not, right? It’s a buffet! They had a carving station where a chef was slicing up prime rib. I got a nice, thick slice and some mashed potatoes to go with it. The steak was cooked medium-rare, just the way I like it. It was tender and juicy, with a nice, smoky flavor.
- I have to say, the service was pretty good. The staff were friendly and attentive. They kept my water glass full and cleared my plates promptly. I didn’t have to ask for anything – they were always one step ahead.
- They also had all the usual sides – corn on the cob, mac and cheese, green beans, salad. I tried a little bit of everything, just to get the full experience, you know?
By the end of it, I was stuffed. I mean, I ate until I couldn’t eat anymore. But it was worth it. The food was good, the service was great, and the price was reasonable for a seafood buffet. I’d definitely go back there again. Maybe next time, I’ll pace myself a bit better so I can try even more dishes.
All in all, it was a good experience. If you’re ever in Myrtle Beach and you’re looking for a good seafood buffet, I’d say give Crab World Seafood Restaurant a try. You might just like it.
