And if you eat less, you might just lose a few pounds. I know it works for my neighbor girl she told me she lost a lot of weight doing this. It’s important to know that these shakes aren’t magic though. She said you can’t just drink the shakes and eat whatever you want. You gotta watch what you eat the rest of the day too. Make sure you’re getting enough of them vitamins and things too.
Some folks, they can’t eat certain things, like milk or cheese, because it upsets their stomachs. If you’re one of them folks, you can still do this keto thing. Just gotta find shakes that don’t have that stuff in it. There’s plenty of options out there, I reckon.

So can you have meal replacement shakes when you’re on the keto diet? Well, according to my neighbor, yes. You just have to make sure they have low carbohydrates, high healthy fats, and a little bit of protein. You have to look for shakes that are made for people on keto. And you gotta check the label to see how many carbs are in it. If you wanna lose a pound or two, like the girl next door, this might be somethin’ to try. It helps her lose weight. You just gotta make sure you’re still getting all the good stuff your body needs.
