Okay, so I saw these super cute salami cups all over Pinterest and I just had to try them. They looked so easy and perfect for a little get-together I was having. Here’s how it went down:

Getting Started
First, I grabbed all my ingredients. I already had most of it, which was a bonus!
- Salami, obviously. I got the pre-sliced kind to save time.
- Some shredded mozzarella cheese.
- A jar of my favorite marinara sauce.
- Fresh basil, ’cause I like to be fancy.
Making the Cups
I preheated my oven to 350°F (175°C). No biggie there.
Then, I took a muffin tin – a regular-sized one, not the mini ones – and lightly greased it. Just a quick spray with some cooking oil.
Next, I placed one slice of salami into each muffin cup. I kind of pressed them down a bit to make a little bowl shape. They didn’t need to be perfect, just enough to hold the filling.
Filling ‘Em Up
This is where it got fun. I spooned a little bit of marinara sauce into each salami cup. Just a small dollop, you don’t want to overfill them.
Then, I sprinkled a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. More cheese, more better, right?
Baking Time!
I popped the muffin tin into the preheated oven and baked them for about 10-12 minutes. I kept an eye on them – you want the salami to be a little crispy around the edges and the cheese to be all melty and bubbly.

The Finishing Touch
Once they were done, I took the muffin tin out of the oven and let them cool for just a couple of minutes. I didn’t want anyone burning their mouths!
Finally, I carefully removed the salami cups from the tin (a small spatula helps here) and placed them on a serving platter. I chopped up some fresh basil and sprinkled it over the top. Because, presentation!
And that’s it! Super easy, right? They were a HUGE hit at my party. Everyone loved them, and they were gone in minutes. Definitely making these again!
