Okay, so yesterday, I got this idea to make some heart-shaped cookies. I thought, “Hey, why not get one of those floral heart cookie cutters?” So I went out and bought one.

First thing, I whipped up a batch of my usual cookie dough. Nothing fancy, just the regular stuff I always make. Then, I grabbed a chunk of dough, about the size of a golf ball, like I saw on some videos online.
Making the Cookies
I started pressing the dough into the cutter. I pushed it in real good, making sure it got into all those little flower details and heart curves. That part took a bit of time, had to be careful not to squish it too much.
- Pressed the dough all around the edges.
- Made sure it was evenly spread.
- Then, I carefully pulled the cutter away.
It came out looking pretty neat! I placed it on a baking sheet and proceeded to make a whole bunch more.
Once they were all baked and cooled, I got to the fun part – decorating! I used some pink and white icing and added little sprinkles. They turned out so cute, perfect for a little treat.
You know, these cookie cutters, they’re not just for cookies. I was thinking, you could use them for other stuff too. Maybe cut out little sandwiches for a tea party or something. I might try that next time. It was a fun little project, and I’m pretty happy with how my floral heart cookies turned out!
